About Ann Sieg...Mom, teacher and business woman, Ann Sieg wanted to succeed in network marketing. In her quest, she came up against the proverbial brick wall, that point after months of effort where most people have long given up. Determined to succeed, Ann pushed through the wall and now has a dynamic and growing organization. At the time of recording she had already attained the coveted status of Certified Marketing Consultant and was
the number one female producer for Leaders Club thanks to the proven training she got from Leaders Club and her sponsor Glenn Burks. Ann Sieg shares... Of all the possible businesses, why did you choose network marketing as a business?
After becoming educated on the concept of leveraged income I realized network marketing was the way in which I wanted to build a residual income. Also, I enjoy sales and working with people. Unique to network marketing is that in order for me be to become successful I need to help other people succeed in their business as well. It’s a people oriented business. Thanks to Leaders Club, in just a little more than a year, I retired my husband from his airport job! And started consistently sponsoring no less than 20 people every month! But you know what the best part was? People started duplicating me. Big time
Was your business an "instant success" or did you experience challenges along the way?
I most definitely had many challenges along the way and anticipate that I will continue to have challenges. That is simply part of being in business for one’s self. I fully realized that it would take hard work to achieve success in this industry.
How does Leaders Club fit into your business model? I really like Leaders Club nuts ‘n bolts strategies for marketing success and that there is an enormous emphasis on sales and marketing skill development. Leaders Club fits wonderfully into my business model because it teaches from real world terms what it will take to become successful
in business. Leaders Club teaches how to overcome the 4 major reasons why people fail in business: no marketing budget, no clear plan of action, no people to talk to and underdeveloped skills.
What advice would you give to someone serious about succeeding in this industry? It is absolutely imperative that they receive training FIRST! It will save them time, money and effort. Sadly, it is
more through direct experience of failure that people realize something is wrong and that they need to make some kind of change but they’re not sure what. The development of skills is vitally important and should in no way be overlooked. While the industry promotes hype in actuality it takes a great deal of professional skill development. My advice is to get trained first, even before you choose a company. You’ll be glad you did.
That is the beauty of Leaders Club. What we teach are market tested strategies that work.
It's not the idea of the week club but rather proven field tested strategies that allows you to, "Build Your Business by Design Rather Than Chance!" So get into training and then consistent action. Here is the Leaders Club formula for success: Optimistic Attitude ( Effort /Time + Discipline + Long Term Vision ) = SUCCESS - Ann Sieg (1/17/2007)
