Jack Rainbolt shares... Of all the possible businesses, why did you choose network marketing as a business? I love the concept of residual income. The fact that a person can benefit from work that occurred in the past and still make a good income was very appealing to me. Also, it was very low cost to get started compared to traditional businesses and I liked the fact that network marketing provides more flexibility than the majority of traditional businesses. It is a business that I can build on my personal schedule and time constraints. Was your business an "instant success" or did you experience challenges along the way? I struggled quite a bit when I got started. For one thing, I didn't really know what to do. Because my background is in engineering, I did not know a thing about Network Marketing and I felt lost. When I first got started, I was doing a lot of guessing of what I thought I was supposed to do, but I would fail. I would ask my upline for help of what I should do and they basically told me that I just needed to spend more time developing my business - the problem was I didn't know what it was that I needed to spend more time doing and I didn't know what to concentrate on in order to succeed. I would spend time on things that I thought was important, but I was not effective in seeing results. In fact, I was so ineffective that I was always spending more money than what was coming in and I could not figure out what marketing techniques worked best with my budget in order to make a profit. How does Leaders Club fit into your business model? Leaders Club was a lifesaver in my business. Because of Leaders Club, I learned the things that I needed to concentrate on each day in order to see results in my business. Because Leaders Club training was 100% market tested , I was confident that if I just implemented what was being taught that I would succeed. I was right. After implementing what I learned, I began seeing results in my business to the point that my income grew into a profitable return. I now know what works and what doesn't and the great thing is that I don't have to spend my own money trying to figure it all out. Leaders Club is in essence the marketing / research / training backbone for my business. What advice would you give to someone serious about succeeding in this industry? In order for anyone to succeed, they must first know WHAT to do to succeed. Leaders Club teaches us WHAT to do so that we can succeed. Therefore, my best advice for anyone who is serious about succeeding in Network Marketing is to tap into Leaders Club training and resources. We must take the necessary steps to succeed. Having the Leaders Club 100% market tested training made the whole difference to me, and it was the necessary step that allowed me to start seeing success in my own business. I truly believe that if I did not find Leaders Club, I would not be in Network Marketing today because I think that I would have become broke and frustrated trying to get it to work. However, because of Leaders Club, I learned the simple strategies that it takes to succeed and I now realize the benefits that Network Marketing provides. Because of this, it has become my passion to help others in their Network Marketing companies get past their obstacles and failures and on to success. I know anyone can succeed, as long as they gain the knowledge and take the necessary actions that are taught at Leaders Club. |
