Frequently Asked Questions About Subscribing to Leaders Club

  • What happens once I submit my application?
     
    • Make Leaders Club Your Secret Weapon...

       

      Once we receive your application, one of our caring customer service representatives will review it and submit it for payment processing. Online applications receive an immediate confirmation via e-mail. We will call or e-mail with any questions we have and we do read any comments you include on your application.

      Once your application is processed and payment approved you will receive an additional confirmation e-mail containing your Leaders Club subscriber ID number and additional information pertaining to your subscription account.

      Applications received by noon (M-F Eastern) are usually processed the same day and starter kits are shipped via UPS (with tracking confirmation through UPS). Otherwise applications are processed on the next business day. Please call us with any questions at 1.800.783.6561 (+614.933.9042 International).

  • How long until I can access the training programs?
     
    • Once your application is processed (see question above) you’ll be able to login to our members site (http://members.leadersclub.com) using the ID number and password from your subscription confirmation e-mail. If you forgot your password please use our password recovery link. Call us if you have questions we’re always happy to help - 1.800.783.6561 (+614.933.9042 International).
       
  • How do I access my network marketing prospects?
     
    • Network Marketing Prospects are an optional part of your Leaders Club subscription. Daily Leads are uploaded to your account every morning and other lead subsections are uploaded as soon as your subscription is processed and on the 10th of the month for recurring subscriptions. To access leads login to our members site (http://members.leadersclub.com) and visit the “Download Center” where you can format your files and even print labels directly.
